Romelda E. Kendrick, 64, of Terre Haute, passed away Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, in Union Hospital. Romelda was born in Gary Ind., to Henry S. Kendrick and Elease Kendrick, on Feb. 2, 1949. Romelda was retired as a train supervisor after 40 years of service.
She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star in Gary and Daughters of Isis at Mahomet in East Chicago.
She is survived by two sons, Sidney Kendrick of Terre Haute and Jamall Henderson and his wife Shawanna of Indianapolis.
Cremation has been chosen by the family. There are no services. Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, was entrusted with arrangements. Online condolences may be made at: www.greinerfuneralhome.com

Lampley, Michael D. 06/19/1954 - Sunrise, 10/15/2013 Sunset. 5th child born to George and Mary Lampley. Graduate of Emerson High School class of 1972 and Langston University class of 1976. Preceded in death by father, George Lampley; paternal and maternal grandparents; sister, Harriett Lampley-Robinson; brother, Brian K. Lampley, 1 aunt; 1 uncle, and several cousins. Leaves to celebrate and cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife, Gloria Lampley; children, Ivan and Cordell McIntosh, DeAndre and D'Nevia Lampley, Megan Lyons; special son, Walter R. Lee; and 7 grandchildren; mother, Mary Lampley; sisters, Delores, Sharon Gill, Janoise (Pastor Lawrence), Dana Hardy, Toyea, Brothers Roy, Ronnie (Elizabeth), Kenneth, Gregory (Karen) Lampley; brother-in-law, Frank McClain Jr., and a host of relatives and friends.
